Project Overview

The Egyptian Ethylene and Derivatives Company partnered with international and local engineering firms to construct Egypt's largest polyethylene manufacturing facility. The greenfield petrochemical complex has a production capacity of 400,000 tons annually and supports Egypt's strategy to reduce imports and strengthen domestic industrial capabilities.

Scope of Work

Argonaut was awarded all electromechanical work for the HVAC system, including:

  • Absorption chillers
  • Terminal units
  • Motor control centers (MCCs)
  • Chemical treatment systems
  • Air conditioning ductwork and accessories
  • Commissioning and startup services
